Which is sort of how I ended up teaching Yoga and Pilates.
When I took my first Yoga Class in 2008 I knew only one thing about Yoga ….. it made me feel good and I wanted to know why?
And so the journey began…
After a few years attending Yoga Classes and Workshops, my formal training began in 2011, with a two year Diploma in Yoga, with Yoga Therapy Ireland. Followed shortly after by Pilates Teacher Training with the Pilates Teacher Training Institute. More recently, I completed a Personal Training Diploma with APEC.

I still take regular trainings and workshops as I like to keep up to date with all the latest research and developments in the world of exercise science. Scientist understanding of the body, the brain, pain and human movement is developing all time and there's still a lot that is not understood.
However, it is widely understood, that the key to health and longevity is variety and frequency of movement. Which is why my personal practice and my classes have grown and developed into a combination of all the best that Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training have to offer.
Armed with knowledge from my trainings, the latest research and developments in exercise science, plus the latest research in mindfulness and pain science, my aim is to offer you classes that will enhance your mobility, your strength and your overall sense of wellbeing.
