"Empower and Ease" This class combines elements of empowerment through strength-building exercises such as resistance training and Pilates with practices that promote ease and relaxation such as yoga and stretching.
In this class you will engage in exercises that target all muscle groups, helping to increase awareness, strength and stability, encouraging a sense of empowerment both physically and mentally.
You will also be guided through gentle yoga flows to help release tension, reduce stress, and improve mobility.
The class will finish with a guided breath focused relaxation encouraging a sense of calm and ease in both body and mind.
"Empower and Ease" is designed for Beginners and Improvers but it is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels looking to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive and inclusive environment.
