Often when we think of the "core" we think of the abs. But in most cases when we talk of the core we are referring to the whole "core": front, sides and back.

In this class we explore movements that target the whole "core".

We start with the breath, we stabilise to strengthen, we twist, we flex and extend sequentially (looking for movement from all vertebrae).

During relaxation we revisit satya and ask .... who am I? what do I want? how can I serve?
