This class falls into many categories - it could be Yoga, Pilates or even functional movement.
We start with some diaphragmatic breathing to optimising core activity then we get moving with dead bugs, traditional and some other varieties. And then we move to the side body core and of course not forgetting the back body core.
This class could be used as a stand alone class or an addition to another class from the library or as a prep for your other activities like running or cycling.
It is a strong core class but I do offer some options so don't be afraid to give it a go and choose the option or level to suit you.
