This class will help you to develop your Push Ups. And if you never had a desire to do a push up, no worries, it's a really great class for developing upper body strength in general.
Push Ups are such a marker of strength and fitness and they can be hard! But there really is a starting push up position for everyone! I didn't include it here but you could even take your push ups to the wall to take even more load off the upper body. Remember the higher the upper body in the push up position the less load there will be on the upper body.
For members of our live group classes this is something that we have been working on in class so you will be familiar with them, this video is a great opportunity for you to practice at home to really make some strength gains in your push ups and in your shoulder strength.
