A little game that involves some great movement for the feet to wrap up our walking series. From there we move to some serious balance work.
A little tip: if you find your wobbling or turning while moving through the balance work use a support, we often think that this is less work but in fact it is helping us to find the work as the wobbling and spinning are often avoiding it and using compensation patterns that we already have. Try it and see if you feel some muscles light up.
