We start with an athletic warm up - our tissues like this. When we're warm we get more of a slide and glide effect within our tissues and tend to feel less stiffness.
Then we move down to the mat for some focused ab work.
We finish with some focus on the glutes and back and then a little modified swimming to light up the whole back body.
