Let's explore the Warrior family. The Warrior poses have so many great benefits - they build strength in the legs and encourage increased range of motion in our hips and ankles.
Traditional Warrior poses also ask for ranges of motion that are beyond the average persons range of motion and our very clever bodies will do all they can to take us to the shape that we have in our heads. Before you begin this class try to erase the shape that you are familiar with and create your perfect Warrior.
Tip: it's all in the feet, your base of support, keep the tripod of both feet at all times and you'll know you're on to a good thing.
