Props: 2 Hand Weights 1-2 kg (or household items)

We'll use some hand weights in this class to add load to the limbs while we challenge the core to remain stable. If you don't have hand weights you could use some household items to add weight, like tins of food or water bottles.

The weights add resistance to the movements helping us to develop hand, arm and shoulder strength which will in turn support our quadruped position - say goodbye to sore wrists!
