Finding the balance in Single Leg Balance Poses has so much more to offer than the ability to balance in Warrior 3. Every movement we make starts with a weight shift and every step we take we move through single leg balance. In this class we explore hip strength to help makes these shifts and steps a walk in the park.
This class starts and finishes with a short breath practices demonstrating how we can manipulate the breath to either invigorate or calm.
