No bounce in this warm up despite it's athletic feature - which is another nod to the world of boxing: think boxing core rather than arms - no punching this time. The movements are dynamic and we continue this theme throughout the class which is mostly core focused. The obliques (side waist) get some good attention. We also check in on the inner thighs - the second round of inner thigh work is a challenge for most so remember gradual progression is key - find what suits you today and build from there when you're ready.
