Props: A small ball or a bath towel and a scarf

My focus in this class was inner thighs but there's work here for all areas of the body. We use the towel and the scarf as a make shift ball and it works really well, however if you have a small squishy ball feel free to use it instead.

We start with some standing work to connect to the inner thighs and to explore some arm and shoulder movements that will come later on. Then it's down to the floor for abs and inner thighs that will I know you will feel the benefits of. I love to end with spinal extension and the addition of the shoulder W T Y I's make it feel so good.
