Props: 2 Yoga Blocks (not essential)

We start this class with a little self massage for the feet. The foot is a complex structure made up of 26 bones - it can do a lot for us given half a chance. We use our feet today to take little mindful walks and to provide support and balance in our standing poses.

We finish this class with a "10 Minutes of Mindfulness" by Tom Evans.
