It is beyond my scope of practice to treat pain of any kind so this class is not a prescription for low back pain. Instead this class is a tool box of movements that will enhance movement of the upper spine and assist in development of glute strength - two things that are widely understood to be beneficial in instances of Non Specific Low Back Pain (NSLBP - the kind that has no know tissue damage).
