In Yoga Sun Salutations we move through plank and in any regular vinyasa class we could likely end up in plank a number of times which is great if you love plank.
But what if when you get to plank it feels sloppy, or collapsed or maybe it even feels a little uncomfortable.
In this class we look at what makes a strong steady plank and... we flip it over to find the work in a upside down variation, with the intention of taking that work with us into our Yoga Flow.
These techniques have worked really well in the live group classes, I hope you too find them useful.
