Hip stability and thoracic rotation are important elements of walking well so we'll work on these in a variety of ways in this class. You'll notice here that I loop back to a similar sequence repeatedly in this class (and that it's similar to 20.01.2021 (1)) this is because as in all things we want to learn repetition is important. I for one will be doing lots of repetitions of warrior 3 to revolved half moon on my right side (maybe with blocks or a chair next time) Oh my goodness that was tough for my not so strong right leg.
