Don't be fooled by the slow & steady title - there is work here is this balance and twisting practice. The slow and steady refers to our breath as we aim to maintain a slow, steady Ujjayi Breath.
Continuing with our theme of walking - feel the work in the hips as you balance and the twist of the thoracic spine as you rotate. There's some sneaky core and upper body strength in here too.
We finish with 5 mins coherent breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
