An athletic warm up to get the viscoelastic properties of our tissues to resemble runny honey with a bounce! Then we use the wall to build strength and symmetry in our lower body - your knees will thank you for this bit. Our spinal focus is extension keeping it low to access more extension at the hips which really helps when we get to our side kneeling series.
