For this class I had some requests to focus on lower body and balance.
So the hips get some challenging work in this class. To get the most from this challenge stay low in your chair, your squat and your warrior 2 leg stance - even while moving the torso and the legs.
For the warrior 3 style balance here's a little tip - grab a large ball or any item really (the bigger it is the easier it is) and tap it to the floor, it's great for feedback and it brings the ground closer to you.
