Walking involves lots of coordinated body movements - the spine moves to move the arms, the hips hitch and our weight shifts from one leg to the other. Working on these movements on the mat, brings awareness to the parts that move well and those that move not so well - feel free to do more repetitions on one side than the other if you feel it helps.
