This class is designed to support the neck by creating both strength & mobility in the area of the neck and shoulder.
Almost all we do in life is going forward and as a result we can often hold our, very head heads, in a fixed going forward position. Now this position is NOT unsafe or dangerous but like all positions we don't want to maintain it all the time.

This class will help you to find some alternative positions for your head and neck and in turn will help to reduce those neck niggles.
