Today's class was inspired by a workshop I attended a few years ago with an amazing Physical Therapist and Yoga teacher Julie Gudmestead. Julie taught us a 5/10 minute sequence that she suggested should be performed everyday to counteract the effects of life. In this class I've expanded on that sequence to give you a class that is a perfect compliment to everyday. We start and end the class with a body scan - a tool to compare and contrast. Maybe there are differences, maybe not? Either way you'll end up knowing your body better.
