Building on last weeks Pilates classes, from the 1st and the 5th, we re explore some of the movement from these classes this time using using a hand towel. I love using the towel as a prop as it's such a simple, efficient and accessible prop.
During the lunges I mention being honest with your movement - it's not about touching your knee to the floor, it's about getting there with stability and just enough challenge to build strength. See if you can take this idea with you throughout the class today.
