In this class the core expands to the shoulders and hips. The term core can mean many things and encompass many different body parts depending on the discipline it comes from.
Here we look at creating tension in the core, in this class think of the core as the whole torso. The word tension often gets a bad rap but creating tension or stiffness in the core allows us to move the limbs independent of the torso.
