This is a Pilates Full Body Flow class where we introduce the idea of bringing awareness to an area of the body to increase movement and sensation in that area.
In this class our particular focus is the sternoclavicular joints (the joints either side of the sternum or breast bone that where it attached to the collar bones. This area is not often talked about in terms of joint movement, however it is a joint and it's function is to facilitate coordinated movement between the torso and the upper limbs - let's see what it can do.
