Firstly, no weights, no worries - at the start of the video I give you alternatives for both the hand and ankle weights. This class will strengthen and tone the entire body. I LOVE working with weights: I love the feedback and the assist that the extra load offers and of course I love knowing that the extra load offers the additional benefit of bone strengthening. If you want to make this class a little less intense simply drop the weights.
