I'm definitely not a believer in No Pain No Gain, preferring the mantra of No Pain No Pain! However, if what we're after is strength and endurance then we need to work to fatigue! (never pain!). This class is broken into 3 distinct sections, lower body, upper body & core with the idea of working each area to fatigue.
