This is a short sequence for the arms. It's aim is to build strength, endurance and tone. This class is taken from a full length class of the same date (08.02.2021) so it ends without a stretch or a relaxation. I really like to take a stretch after tricep work, so that they don't complain too much the next day, if you do too add one in here. If you're familiar with Yoga's Cow pose arms - it works really well as a tricep stretch. Alternatively any movement that's takes your lower arm behind your head will work nicely.
