The thorax is such an interesting area of the body - it has such variety of movement but yet sometimes it gets a bit stuck. Also depending on our bony structure their can be a wide variety of movement from person to person - so don't get hung up on what your movement looks like - instead try to feel it and move from that sense of feeling. Criss Cross is a feature in this class so if you love that exercise you'll love this class and if not you might just find a new way to explore it.
