This is an upper body support class focusing on the wrists, elbow and shoulders.


The class is designed to assist in building strength in these areas with a view to making our upperbody weight bearing movements in Yoga and Pilates easier and more sustainable.


The great thing about these exercises is that will also transfer very well to our daily lives; I've been told window cleaning is way easier after some focused shouder work.
