Turn your chair into a home gym. We start with movements of the spine that you could even take into the office. Then you get to see me mess up my own choreography in a chair aerobics session😊 - of course the choreography doesn't matter it's all about moving more of our parts more often, so have fun with this.
We move from there to resistance work on the chair and then to the floor for some great strengthen work for the legs and hips, plus a play with roll up that makes it soooooo much nicer (for me and for those of us who have a hard time with roll up - we all experience movement differently so if this variation doesn't make it nicer for you, choose your favourite way to do roll up).
