Props: A Chair

What are your super powers? Being able to take a full deep breath is mine! Of course anatomically it's flexion and extension of the spine and physiologically it's confidence/ shyness or maybe even a cool slouch?? Either way it inhibits the breath (sometimes it's a chicken and egg scenario).

We start this class standing with my favourite prop - the chair. So may great ways to use the chair to support, to find connections and challenge. The first 25 mins our focus is on lower body and then we get to some great core work with the help of the chair.
