Lots of yummy shoulder and neck work here to lead us to fish pose - one of my favorites! Finding the balance between the work in the pose and what is nurturing for our bodies can be a challenge.
We start the class with a quote from Judith Lassiter's "A Year of Living Your Yoga" - this quote encourages us to find balance by moving at the speed of our bodies rather than the speed of our brains.
