Props: Hand weights 1-2kg (or household items)

Tins of food, bottles of water or books make good alternatives to hand weights. It's worth adding the extra weight in this class especially as it works as an assist to some of the movements. If you struggle with Roll Up or Roll Up to stand the weights can really help to make it a more doable movement.

Of course for some of the movements the weights add challenge, like in the anti rotation movements that work the core but that's all good too.
