As a member of the Butterfly Yoga & Pilates Community you'll know that I do all I can to encourage people to get as much movement into their day as possible.
This can be in any form, it all counts!
And... did you know that social interaction is known to be on one of the pillars of lifestyle medicine, and it can have a dramatic effect on our health - you can read more about that here.
We’re heading to the Pearse Museum in St. Enda’s Park, Rathfarnham — a place full of history, beauty, and wide‑open green spaces perfect for a spring wander.
We’ll kick things off with a guided tour of the museum, bringing the stories of Patrick Pearse and St. Enda’s to life. Then, armed with our new-found knowledge of the park, we’ll take our time strolling through the woodland paths, gardens, and peaceful grounds — a chance to chat and connect and simply enjoy being out in nature (hopefully the weather will be kind).
We’ll wrap up with a cosy cuppa in the park café, the perfect moment to unwind and share a little community warmth.
Date: Good Friday, 3rd April - meet at 9.50am sharp!
Where: Pearse Museum & St. Enda’s Park, Rathfarnham
What’s happening: Guided tour, relaxed park walk, café catch‑up
