The 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference, more commonly referred to as COP26, was the 26th United Nations Climate Change conference, held at the SEC Centre in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, from 31 October to 13 November 2021.

That week our Yoga Classes finished with a relaxation with a focus on perspective, from the body to earth to space, and a reading of an article written by an American Astronomer, Carl Sagan. Sagan wrote the article 26 years ago but it is still as relevant today as it was then - maybe even more so today!

I came across the article stuck to the side of a fridge in a little coffee shop in the centre of town about 5 years ago. It struck a cord with me then so I took a photo of it and kept it is for future reading and exploring. When I read it at classes last week so many of you from our Yoga Community asked me to share it so below you will find a link to Carl Sagan's article, an audio of the article and a video that demonstrates the idea of perspective that we shared in our classes.
