In the short video below Rob is endorsing an upcoming Yoga Therapy Ireland conference on the Principles and Practices of Yoga in Healthcare that's due to take place next month. In the video he talks briefly about the benefits of Yoga for both athletes and the general population. As a graduate of Yoga Therapy Ireland I have had the pleasure of attending their conferences in the past, always a super experience. Unfortunately, I won't make this one as I have a date with my Personal Training Tutors for my final assessment🏋️‍♀️ but I'll be sure to get an update from my colleagues in Yoga Therapy Ireland so that I can share the latest research on the benefits of Yoga with you.
