Harmony & Peace 🙏

I hope that you will join me to and Yogis all over the world uniting to cultivate Harmony & Peace.

I am holding a FREE CLASS on Wednesday 22nd in Firhouse ETNS @ 8.15pm - 9.15pm.

This is an all levels Yoga Class - we will move through some traditional Yoga sequences and finish the evening with a relaxing Yoga Nidra.

Everyone is welcome but registration is essential.
