
This class is weather dependant I will keep an eye on the weather🤞and will contact all participants with a minimum of 6 hours notice if the class cannot proceed.
🌧️If the weather is not favourable the class will be cancelled and the fee will be refunded.
Each class will combine all the best of Pilates, Yoga & Strength & Conditioning to bring you a class that will bild strength, enhance mobility and leave you with a sense resilience and calm.
We may use some small pieces of equipment, like resistance bands in this class. I will provide any equipment that we use. All you need is your mat, a drink of water, some sun cream and a rain jacket for our unpredictable Irish weather 😎🌈🌦️
