"Core & More" is a dynamic class that blends the principles of Pilates and resistance training with a sprinkle of power development to create a comprehensive class designed to strengthen the core, enhance muscular endurance increase mobility and improve overall quality of movement.
This class focuses on building a strong foundation through core strength & stability, increasing strength with resistance exercises, enhancing mobility with well constructed mobility drills and keeping youthful energy (whatever your age) with that sprinkle of power development. "Core & More!" is designed for individuals of all fitness levels looking to improve their strength, mobility and power in a supportive, inclusive and fun environment.

If you want a well balanced strength building class, with a focus on core strength and stability then "Core & More " is the class is for you!
