Run by The Knocklyon Women's Group and and taught by me since 2018.
This class is suitable for complete beginners and the only prerequisite for the class is the ability to get up and down from the floor unaided and with relative ease.
During the class we'll work on mobility, balance and strength and of course every class will finish with a delicious relaxation.
